For people with oily skin, use a foaming facewash containing glycolic acid and salicylic acid twice daily For people with dry skin, use a gentle skin cleanser twice daily. Use products that are free of parabens and sulfates. For people with acne-prone skin, make sure that you use a gel-based moisturizer and sunscreen along with a foaming face wash.

5. Wear Loose Fitting Comfortable Clothes. Ditch Your Jeans!

Wearing tight-fitting clothes can predispose you to fungal infections, so wear loose-fitting cotton clothes. Avoid usage of Over-the-counter creams containing steroids. Visit your dermatologist if you suffer from itching and lesions resembling ringworm. Ringworm can affect children and newborn babies too. Fruits like papaya have lots of Vitamin A which can protect skin against oxidative damage by the sun. Colored fruits and vegetables like carrots, capsicum, beetroot, and fruits like orange, sweet-lime, and watermelon are rich in antioxidants like Vitamin A and Vitamin C and should be consumed to maintain your hydration.
